At Color My Nest, we believe everyone has an inner artist just waiting to spread their wings. Our birdhouse painting and decorating studio is a beautiful, cheerful, and relaxing space where you can unwind, have fun, and create something beautiful—or delightfully whimsical—to take home or to give as a gift to that someone special!

Each session lasts three hours, giving you plenty of time to paint, decorate, and truly enjoy the experience. With seating for up to 24 painters, there’s plenty of room for friends, family, or group gatherings—but you must reserve your spot in advance to ensure your seat. We do not accept ‘walk ins’, so to not disturb YOUR time.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.  Children ages 5 years old to 105 years old are welcome!

When you arrive, plan to come about 15 minutes early so you can browse our colorful tables filled with paints, brushes, stencils, and so many decorative accessories!! We provide aprons and gloves if you’d like to use them, and our non-toxic acrylic paints wash off your hands easily. (Just a friendly reminder: Some colors may not wash out of every fabric—so wear your “play clothes!”)

You’ll have a tough time choosing from our over 60 different birdhouse, bird feeder, and nightlight designs.  Prices range from $20 to $70, depending on the style and size, so there’s something for every budget and taste. Whether you’re painting a charming cottage for your backyard birds, a playful design to brighten your porch, or a seasonal heirloom for your mantle, dining table or guest room, you will find the perfect piece to make your own.

And here’s the best part—you don’t even have to wash a brush! We handle all the cleanup so you can focus on playing with paint, laughing with others, and relishing your creative “YOU” time.

Feel free to bring beverages (yes, adult ones too) and small snacks to enjoy while you paint. We just ask that you please avoid glass containers for everyone’s safety.
